At the April Board meeting of the AllPeopleBeHappy foundation, three Fellows Program grants were awarded. Gonal Fransua Charle, will be working for Education Across Borders as an academic mentor and project coordinator in the Dominican Republic. Maria Elisa Espinoza Gaitan, will be working to re-establish (after civil unrest) and to further expand Green Empowerment’s in-country program in Nicaragua. Julio Louis, after receiving an AllPeopleBeHappy fellowship in 2017-2018, will once again be working for Yspaniola to support the educational programs of the Batey Libertad Learning Center in the Dominican Republic.
